Challenge 6 - Creat your own magazine cover, must be something related or connected to the colour blue.

A tough one i thought, i feel i took the literal meaning and the related meaning of the colour by choosing the Conservative Party and designing in different shades of blue. Happy with the outcome, images could of been better, took me 3 months to decide on an idea.

Challenge 7 - Gridlocked - tasked with designing an interior spread for a brochure based on a Juvenile Diabetes Treatment Plan. Had to use specific measurements and certain rules, e.g. one picture (8cm x 10cm), 500 words of fill text, 1 logo, roll a dice for how many columns you had to use etc etc.

Found it quite restricting but makes you think where to put certain stuff and how your layout changes numerous times before you settle wth one.

Quite pleased.

Challenge 9 - Promoting Slow Food on a brochure front cover using 5 different fonts, tried to make it look like a menu here, quite pleased.

Challenge 10 - Express helvetica to celebrate its 70th anniversary (set in the future) I like the blend i chose here, shows caps and small case hidden within. Colours are easy on the eyes.

Using photostock imagery and handwritten text, think i managed that.
